6月24日，泰安市宁阳县县委常委、统战部长许军带队一行9人来东阿县考察交流钢球产业现状，东阿县委常委、宣传部长、统战部长曲成磊，东阿经济开发区党工委书记、管委会主任张庆辉等陪同活动。

考察团一行先后来到东阿海鸥滚动体有限公司、东阿华涛钢球有限公司、山东东阿钢球集团有限公司，深入生产车间一线，参观学习在钢球制造方面的先进生产工艺，尤其是山东东阿钢球集团有限公司，已发展成为全国规模Z大的专业生产钢球的公司，也是亚洲规模Z大的钢球生产基地，产品在国内市场占有率达到70%，并批量出口到英国、日本、德国、法国、意大利、印度、伊朗等多个国家，生产设备及工艺在世界范围内都属于Z顶尖水平。

随后，考察团一行在东阿钢球集团总部召开了座谈会，双方详细交流了两地在钢球产业方面的定位与异同之处。

张庆辉简单介绍了东阿经济开发区的体制改革过程及改制后整体活力的飞跃，并就开发区未来几大产业板块的规划与许军部长进行了深入探讨。

许军指出，宁阳县也是老牌钢球产业基地，但企业发展良莠不齐，依然是老思路，老工艺，与东阿县的钢球企业存在巨大差异，这次考察收获良多，接下来将组织宁阳县的钢球企业高管来开发区进一步深入学习交流，全力提高宁阳县钢球产业的整体水平。
