8月18日，中粮生化能源榆树有限公司组织开展轴承装配技术培训。本次培训是根据公司培训计划的安排，开展的专业技能培训系列之一，邀请设备厂家专业技术人员到公司专题授课、指导。

本次培训特邀请沈阳康瑞兴机械设备有限公司技术工程师陈香伟进行授课。陈香伟工程师从SKF轴承生命周期、装配技术、滚动轴承失效分析等几个方面进行了培训，并与参加培训人员对轴承装配方面技术问题进行了深入的交流。

本年度受疫情影响，邀请设备厂家专业技术人员到公司专题培训部分取消和延迟，预计在8、9月份，还将开展类似培训3-4次，通过与客户技术人员的交流、学习，用以提升公司技术水平。

本次培训生产技术部、各车间设备主任、设备工程师等共20余人参加。
