为了更好促进烟店镇规模以上工业企业提升轴承品牌含金量、达到更高品质要求。9月1日，烟店镇副镇长康维国陪同临清市科技局主任科员王润之、山东北斗科技信息咨询有限公司顾问宫延怀到烟店镇规模企业督导设立研发机构。

烟店镇是制造业强镇，轴承产业基础雄厚，轴承企业发展充满活力，形成竞相发展的局面，但轴承产品研发能力有待提升。基于企业创新能力的差别，临清市科技局积极到企业推进技术研发，深入欧凯轴承、华隆威斯特轴承、澳凯轴承、精旭轴承、久立轴承、瑞斯德轴承六家企业了解科技研发机构建设情况，以创新驱动发展、促进转型升级为出发点，强化政策引导，帮助企业培育开发科技项目，申请专利，并指导企业建立研发机构，提高企业自主创新能力，为推动企业转型升级提供科技支撑。
