2021年7月28-31日，受上海市台办邀请，澳门闽台总商会许龙川会长一行到上海参访并于31日到上海恩斯凯轴承有限公司考察、交流。
参访团以中联办台务部副部长罗英春为顾问，澳门闽台总商会会长许龙川为团长、理事长吕子安为副团长、副会长许前进为总务长，成员包括总商会副会长吕清演、杨丽端、龚紫阳、庄铭雄，台务部副处长余爱文，以及青委会领导代表等一行。来访人员受到公司高层领导颜丽园等一行的热情接待。
上海恩斯凯轴承有限公司是日本精工株式会社认定的中国地区NSK轴承系列产品授权经销商，与宝钢携手建立了中国地区进口轴承零库存管理系统，并已与全国数十家企业建立了零库存管理系统。参访团一行对公司充足的现货库存，以及在中国各行业丰富的配套经验表示高度认可。
参访团成员参观了位于宝山区占地五十亩的现代化物流仓库。
参访团顾问、中联办台务部副部长罗英春在参访结束时表示，恩斯凯经三十多年在沪发展，规模日渐壮大，其成长既是公司事业的成长，也为上海本地甚至全国做出了重要贡献，是闽籍乡亲的光荣。
澳门闽台总商会会长许龙川表示，本次参访让团员感受到来自历史的信念与激情，深知“没有共产党就没有新中国”的真理。一百年来中国共产党团结带领人民取得了举世瞩目的伟大成就，值得骄傲和自豪。回顾历史，铭记奋斗历程，不忘初心，牢记使命，缅怀先烈，珍惜当下，团结奋斗，为中华民族的崛起而努力。
据悉，参访团此行旨在通过考察先进企业经验体验上海发展，促进两岸三地经济共同发展。参访团受到了上海市台办主任钟晓敏、副主任王立新、上海市委统战部办公室主任王开峰等人会见。
