近日，大连瓦房店轴承产业开发区与明德集团签订战略合作协议，全面启动对辖区中小企业上市的扶持、辅导、孵化及对接投资工作，以培育壮大发展新动能为重点，加快推进中小企业上市培育库建设，激发企业创新驱动内生动力，助力地方经济腾飞。
一直以来，大连瓦房店轴承产业开发区始终立足做深做精做特中小企业，以打造产业集群为目标，以创建服务平台为抓手，拓展资本运作思维、方式及手段，从根本上帮助摆脱中小企业现实发展困境。明德集团专家团队将结合开发区中小企业现状及特点，有效解决中小企业融资难问题，打通投融资通道，盘活产业经济，助力企业廓清上市迷雾并冲破成长陷阱，以更加专业的视角、理念以及服务引领企业到达资本市场的彼岸。
