2021年12月28日，建龙哈轴在汽车分厂召开6S提案改善案例分享会议，会议由生产管理处生产计划管理师、汽车分厂6S管理小组副组长张雷主持，生产管理处副处长孔祥钊，汽车分厂6S管理小组组长、厂长张守庆，汽车分厂6S管理小组成员及一线员工40余人参加此次会议。

汽车分厂作为6S精细化管理试点在推行过程中就整理、整顿、清扫、安全生产、目视化管理、物料的定容定量及一线员工现场都有大幅度的改良改善。但在此次推行6S活动中还存在整理、整顿、清扫不足的地方。随后由6S活动改善提案的员工就案例进行了经验分享，在分享过程中生产处副处长孔祥钊对每个改善案例所需要用到的成本，及改善后给公司创造多少效益进行了解，其中对小圆锥外精研油石夹和机床金刚笔的的改良极为关注，要求提案的员工对改善后油石和金刚笔的使用量进行数据对比，为公司机物料消耗降本增效数据统计做铺垫。现场对提案改善员工进行颁奖，本届6S改善之星汽车分厂圆锥磨超工段张献伟。

会议Z后，汽车分厂厂长张守庆进行总结并对下一步工作作出规划，复盘整理整顿清扫不足的地方，生产处部署生产计划员配合汽车分厂对平面无心工序的生产计划排产方式与节拍进行优化，以满足磨超线班产为原则，减少平面无心区域自制品数量，减少工位器具的占用。对汽车分厂2022年1季度启动两班制生产提出了建议，此次会议圆满结束。
