馆陶县市场监督管理局积极服务全县“142”产业体系建设，把轴承产业发展摆在突出位置，充分发挥河北省轴承检验检测中心职能作用，助推县域经济高质量发展。
一、领导重视，科学把握服务方向
为有效助推轴承产业向精品发展，该局始终把提高企业质量发展工作贯穿全年，作为服务监管检测认证单位，局领导多次对此项工作安排部署，多次组织技术骨干携带精密检测设备上门服务，倾力帮助企业发展产品质量。
二、真抓实干，向品质转型起点发展
质量是企业立身之本，关系着企业未来。以往馆陶县轴承产业起点低、规模小，缺少专业化检测仪器，只能以量大价低占据市场，如今，轴承产业进入发展快车道，一系列产业链逐步完善，转型工作提上日程，针对企业和农村加工户从业人员学历普遍较低、年龄偏大等实际因素，该局工作人员主动作为，一方面对企业负责人和从业人员耐心讲解，发放产品质量手册，一方面着重加大检测频率，从根本上解决质的转变，有效形成齐抓共管的局面，共同开启品质转型新起点。
三、务求实效，快速破解企业生产难题
县凤明轴承制造有限公司新引进10台压力容器，因操作人员不熟悉相关程序和操作流程便上手安装，存在极大安全隐患，致使企业整条生产线无法运行，导致停工，焦急万分，该局得知情况后立刻组织技术人员按照程序进行安装调试，经过检验检测各项性能合格，设备安全运转，顺利开工生产，避免了一起因设备故障导致无法按时交货引发的赔偿事件，为企业减少经济损失22万余元。
四、坚定不移，推动产业提档升级
馆陶县作为轴承加工制作外销为一体的重要汇集基地，产品竞争力体现尤为关键，在市场对产品质量要求不断攀升的同时，推动提高产品竞争力又随之成为工作重点，对此该局采取定位准、底数清、职责明的工作思路，以大带小、以弱补强的工作方法，帮助大企业的同时，积极帮助偏远农村小加工户，从方式方法上不断探索改进，取得显著成效。目前，馆陶县轴承产业已达到年产60亿套生产能力，销售30余个国家和地区，获得“中国轻工轴承之乡”的美誉。
下一步，该局将一如既往的对口帮扶，与企业共同浇筑信誉质量，争取让高速转动的轴承转化为高速增长的经济。
