好客山东人，好品山东造。轴承作为支撑机械旋转的重要部件，广泛应用于电力、钢铁、机床、汽车等领域。山东朝阳轴承有限公司自主研发的圆锥滚子轴承，打破了被国外垄断的“卡脖子”技术，实现轴承的耐高温，耐腐蚀，耐摩擦。前不久，企业成功入选首批“好品山东”品牌名单。
在德州市夏津县的山东朝阳轴承有限公司自动化生产车间内，顶尖的生产设备正在有序运转，车间里机械轰鸣，各自动化流水线正在有序生产中，经过一系列的专业加工流程，完成了从原料到高精端圆锥滚子轴承的完美定制。
山东朝阳轴承有限公司总经理助理吴博介绍说，非常荣幸能够入选山东省的批“好品山东”品牌企业。这次入选的产品为企业自主研发生产的圆锥滚子轴承，有两大创新点，首先是增大了圆锥滚子轴承的接触角，其次是增加了滚子的长径比。通过这两个技术的加持，可提高圆锥滚子轴承的轴向载荷和径向载荷，从而有效提升承载力，减少摩擦力。
以往，我国自主研发的轴承在高端领域市场占比较小，而80%以上是被国外产品所垄断。为了打破国外垄断的卡脖子技术，山东朝阳轴承积极投入科研力量，对原有的圆锥滚子轴承进项了多方面的技术改进，实现了轴承的耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦，增加了轴承的使用寿命。
企业先后获得了国家高新技术企业、国家专精特新小巨人企业，同时也是中国科学技术金桥奖获得者企业。目前已经研发新产品260种，申请专利是46项，其中含发明专利11项。每年投入3000多万元进行技术升级改造，确保市场竞争力不断增强。
