4月15日，时值杭州市区划调整成立新拱墅区一周年之际，“2022年高质量发展建设动能转换活力区动员会”在杭州市拱墅区顺利召开。大会在制定了建设动能转换活力区的战略目标的同时，对一批为区经济做出突出贡献的企业进行了肯定与表彰。其中，杭州人本轴承有限公司获颁“产业赛道领跑企业”荣誉称号。
区委书记李志龙在讲话中强调，拱墅召开此次大会，既是为了回顾走过的路，也是为了看清脚下的路，更是为了坚定前行的路。在全区上下进一步汇聚高质量发展建设动能转换活力区的强大合力，政企同心同向、合力合拍，在应对变局上同舟共济，在产业发展上合作共赢，在数字赋能上携手共进，在共同富裕上相生共荣，全面打造高适配的政策环境、高效能的营商环境和高品质的居住环境，让企业家有更强的自豪感、认同感、归属感、成就感，全力推动各项政策落地、落细、落实，进一步帮助企业做优存量、做大增量、做出变量，切实增强“尊重企业家、厚待投资者、服务纳税人”意识，以更强信心、更实举措、更强合力、更优服务推动拱墅企业和经济高质量发展。
杭州人本轴承有限公司目前拥有杭州电机、杭州人本动力分厂、杭州人本精工分厂、杭州大型、杭州装备和安德鲁等6家子公司及其分厂，已形成以中高端电机、汽车、轨道交通、风力发电、工程机械、纺机、电梯、冶金等多个行业配套均衡发展的产品市场格局，企业技术研发能力突出，拥有四家高新技术企业，三家企业技术中心，两家公司先后获评2020、2021年“区政府质量奖”，先后通过IATF16949质量管理体系、ISO 14001环境体系、ISO 45001职业健康安全认证，产品质量、生产效率处于行业领先水平。
