近日，由大连瀚海轴承科技有限公司投资建设的高端轴承智能制造项目开工建设。该项目一期总投资额约1亿元，选址保税区爱港路31号，建设高端轴承精密滚动体智能制造生产线，预计年产值约1.5亿元，将建成集设计研发、智能制造、技术服务于一体的高端轴承科技型企业，努力打造中国一流轴承品牌，为大连自贸片区先进装备制造产业集群发展和产业创新特区建设注入新的活力。
大连瀚海轴承科技有限公司创业团队经过深入调研，针对国内缺少高端轴承滚动体制造厂家的现状，联合大连理工大学机械学院、大连探索者等科研团队，启动了面向风电轴承的智能制造项目规划，定位于解决高端轴承及精密滚动体研发、设计、制造、试验等关键技术，自主开发了国内领先的精密滚动体智能制造生产线，打破高端轴承精密滚动体的“卡脖子”技术。
得知项目需求后，大连自贸片区管委会与新区商务局组成项目联合推进小组，主动对接项目团队，在厂房选址、登记注册、政策扶持、项目建设等方面给予企业全方位服务，确保项目顺利实施。
下一步，大连自贸片区将坚持把大力发展先进装备制造业作为优化产业结构、转变发展方式、提升产业核心竞争力的重要抓手，推动制造业向智能化、数字化、高端化转型升级，赋能区域经济高质量发展高速度发展，助力大连三年挺进“万亿GDP城市”。
