2022年6月7日下午，鑫泰公司总经理李金贵召集有关人员，组织召开了关于鑫泰公司人工智能数字化推进工作研讨会。
公司生产技术总监王扶磊、成都敏道企管咨询老师陈阳、青和龙、以及MES信息化系统推进小组部分经理级成员出席了本次会议。
李总亲自主持会议，首先提出公司数字化工作推进的客观环境和背景，强调推行人工智能数字化是制造型企业的大势所趋。
会议过程中，所有参会人员均对公司人工智能数字化推进工作进行了研讨，并发表了自己的看法和见解。李总认真听取了大家的意见，并从人工智能到数字化、物联网、自动化、信息化、标准化、系统化、规范化进行了综合阐述，对公司推行人工智能数字化工作进行了展望，提出了公司数字化转型的长期打算。并要求生产技术总监王扶磊与敏道老师共同讨论制定一份《关于鑫泰公司人工智能数字化推行的规划方案》，有计划、有目标、有步骤地稳步推进。
李总指出，数字化转型是企业未来发展的必经之路，鑫泰公司是加工制造型企业，我们一定要结合公司的实际情况，因地制宜，分步骤实施数字化转型工作，各级管理层要深刻理解推进数字化转型的战略深意，切实做到意识到位、认知到位、行动到位，相信通过大家的共同努力，公司数字化推行工作一定会实现。
