企业研发中心是企业创新能力的源泉，是企业竞争力的核心。温州静音自2003年公建以来，一直注重技术、产品研发与创新工作，不断加大研发经费投入、人才培养、产学研合作力度，拥有低噪音、高精度球轴承的生产制造技术及管理模式，在多个产品领域技术指标达到国内一流、先进。建成在全自动化轴承生产车间，使产品质量达到高端水准，产能和生产效率得到大幅提升，也促进了公司业绩的持续增长。
