9月27日，从重庆齿轮箱有限责任公司传来喜讯，由该公司自主研制的国产化首台“全滑动轴承”立磨齿轮箱完成装配和试验，打破进口产品在国内市场的垄断。
据了解，在大型行星结构齿轮箱设计过程中，滚动轴承已难以满足大功率、高转速、重载荷的设计要求。重庆齿轮箱有限责任公司研制的“全滑动轴承”立磨齿轮箱各级传动件均采用滑动轴承支撑结构。设计过程中利用了有限元流体仿真技术，对滑动轴承的油膜形成、温度分布等特性进行了详细研究，Z终通过滑动轴承轮廓修形技术，解决了立磨齿轮箱低速重载的工况条件下，滑动轴承油膜难以形成、润滑不良、温度分布不均匀等问题。
与传统采用滚动轴承结构的立磨齿轮箱相比，“全滑动轴承”立磨齿轮箱具有噪音小、运行更平稳、承载能力更好、结构更紧凑、功能密度更大等特点。与滚动轴承相比，滑动轴承则具有寿命长、货期短、维护方便等特性。
“全滑动轴承”立磨齿轮箱装配及试验顺利完成，标志着重庆齿轮箱有限责任公司在重载行星结构齿轮箱中滑动轴承代替滚动轴承的应用取得了初步成果，为下一步滑动轴承在大型立磨齿轮箱中的应用打下了坚实的基础。
