工人们正在实施内部机电消防安装和装饰装修工程。
立冬过后，湘潭晴好天气持续。铁姆肯（湖南）轴承有限公司二期项目正加紧建设，为超大尺寸轴承制造生产线于2023年第三季度投入使用做准备。
铁姆肯（湖南）轴承有限公司于2008年落户湘潭高新区，是全球工程轴承和工业传动产品领导者美国铁姆肯公司设立的全资子公司，主要为风机主轴和齿轮箱提供超大尺寸轴承产品，同时还可满足冶金和采矿等重工业的需求。伴随着风能市场的扩张，作为全球风机制造首选供应商之一，铁姆肯（湖南）轴承有限公司决定启动二期项目。去年3月，超大尺寸风能轴承制造基地扩建项目开工，占地20亩，建筑面积2.1万平方米，总投资超过4亿元。
当前，二期项目共有110余名施工人员和管理人员。走进厂房内部，我们看到，在登高车等机械设备的配合下，工人们正在实施内部机电消防安装和装饰装修工程。项目经理谢珂告诉我们，目前，二期项目已完成投资近3亿元，新建3栋厂房及附属设施，扩建超大尺寸轴承制造生产线。项目主体厂房结构施工已基本完成，热处理生产设备已于二季度完成安装和生产调试，其他新增生产线预计于2023年第三季度将全部完成建设并投入使用。未来，二期项目屋顶还将安装太阳能光伏发电设备，内部也将使用能源管理系统，有助于全面掌控工厂能耗，以针对性地加以管理和优化。此举也将助力铁姆肯公司实现设定的2030年温室气体减排目标，推动可持续发展。
“在项目推进过程中，湘潭高新区派出专员，助力拿地即开工，施工过程中遇到问题也能得到及时沟通。目前，项目进展顺利，只是公司生产设备均需从国外进口，因疫情关系受到了一定影响。”谢珂表示，项目达产后，将有利于提升产能和效率，也将为当地新增税收和就业机会。
