为持续深挖实践“三精管控”中生产管理精益化管理举措，提升设备管理及操作人员对轴承安装、保养及日常使用的知识储备， 3月28日上午，九三集团长春大豆科技股份有限公司组织开展了《SKF轴承安装、保养及日常使用》专题培训，相关技术人员及业务骨干参加培训。
本次培训特别邀请斯凯孚一级经销商长春瑞通动力装备有限公司工程师陈香伟担任讲师。培训中，陈香伟讲师针对轴承基础知识、内部结构、润滑保养、安装拆卸、状态监测等内容进行了详细的讲解，着重对能够提升自动化水平的点对点监测系统和自动化注油设备及系统进行了新技术介绍。同时向参训人员普及了轴承的使用寿命测算、轴承失效、轴承负荷等计算方式及注意事项。培训结束后，参训人员结合日常使用中存在的问题及疑难点与导师进行了交流和探讨，将理论知识与实际有效结合。
对标先进、强化挖潜、技术更新是九三集团长春公司落实“三精管控”的务实举措。通过设备维护保养的基础培训、新知识新技术的提升培训、异常故障处理的应急培训等方式，提升操作员工的知识储备，提高了新技术的实践运用。为今后设备生产运行的顺畅提供技术支撑，为长春公司助力集团实现高质量发展打下坚实基础。
