3月7日，玉山县轴承产业高质量发展座谈会召开。玉山县“十大重点产业项目”建设工作领导小组组长、机械制造暨轴承产业链项目建设指挥部总指挥长、县委书记郑国良主持并讲话。他强调，要聚焦“走在前、勇争先、善作为”的目标要求，围绕“6310”行动计划，审视玉山轴承产业高质量发展方向，实施好轴承产业振兴行动计划，通过内培外引、量质齐升，培大育强、铸链成群，做优存量、做强增量，实现做大总量，为推动玉山经济高质量发展建立新质生产力。县领导韩庆云、祝晓光、舒宏光、赖海英参加座谈会。
座谈会上，9家轴承企业代表围绕如何加强玉山轴承产业高质量发展踊跃发言，讨论热烈。
在听取大家发言后，郑国良指出，轴承产业是玉山的传统优势产业，有良好的发展基础和内生发展动力，要积极策应“1269”行动计划，加强轴承省级链条、链群、配套，脚踏实地，做优存量、做强增量，打造轴承产业集群，提高产业竞争力、产品市场抗风险能力。
郑国良强调，要明确目标任务。要围绕培大育强、铸链成群目标，巩固现有企业，引进轴承产业新项目，瞄准产业链上空白点和薄弱环节，扶持培育轴承产业关联度高、行业优势明显、辐射带动作用大、创新能力强的龙头企业及掌握关键核心技术的企业做强做大。要引导中小企业围绕核心需求搞好协作配套，推动企业间深度合作发展，实现集约发展、抱团发展、规模经营，增强轴承产业牵引力和带动力，形成健全完整的产业链，铸链成群。
要创新方法途径。要对玉山现有轴承产业企业发展方向、轴承产业上下游发展动态进行细致调度，掌握发展现状。要走出去学习扶持轴承产业链发展的做法，创新制定可行性的玉山轴承产业发展、产业链发展措施。要内培外引、量质齐升，在内培上要加大研发投入、加快设备更新、加强员工培训、提高员工素质，同时要加强企业之间的协作，互相兼顾，走“小特专”之路，加大转型升级，实施企业倍增计划，补齐产业链，提高产品附加值和贡献度；在外引上要建好项目库，引进规模起点高、科技含量高、与轴承产业上下游相关联的项目，建立完善产业链，提高新质生产力，推动企业量质齐升。
要强化支撑保障。要深入研究中央和省、市产业发展支持政策，运用好金融工具，加强“政银企”合作，兑现政策。要出台县里的支持措施，分层次对中小微企业发展进行优惠、支持，鼓励企业加大研发、创新提质、扩能壮大。要提升平台支撑，统筹推进园区标准化厂房建设和轴承产业集群区，建立检验检测中心、科技研发中心，完善轴承产业配套，为企业发展提供良好的发展平台。要运用好展示平台，以企业主体、政府助推，开展好“开拓市场万里行”活动，运用好协会力量，组织企业走出去利用展会展示产品、开拓市场，通过共同努力，把玉山轴承产业发展得更好。
