   瓦轴集团主导制定的《滚动轴承 风力发电机组齿轮箱轴承》今年5月由国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家标准化管理委员会发布,将于12月1日起正式实施。
据主持制定这项国家标准的集团副总工程师介绍,以前,风力发电机组齿轮箱轴承特别是高速端轴承一直由国外企业垄断,瓦轴集团在国内率先自主研发了风电齿轮箱全系列轴承,填补了国内空白,批量投放市场,牢牢把握住了在该领域的话语权。该标准规定了风力发电机配套的主传动增速齿轮箱轴承的代号方法、结构型式、外形尺寸、技术要求、检测方法、检验规则、标志、防锈和包装、运输和储存等内容,用以指导国产轴承的研发制造。
       作为国内可生产风电全系配套轴承的企业,瓦轴集团研制的风电增速机高速端轴承,突破了高速、高可靠性、长寿命技术难点,通过了知名客户台架试验并开始小批量供货,代表了该领域Z高水平,成为风力发电机组齿轮箱轴承研发的领跑者。
