    3月6日下午，河南科技大学与中国轴承工业协会战略合作框架协议签约仪式在河南洛阳举行。河南科技大学校长孔留安，副校长李全安，中国轴承工业协会常务副理事长兼秘书长周宇、高级顾问卢刚出席签约仪式。签约仪式由副校长李全安主持。

    孔留安代表学校对中国轴承工业协会各位领导、专家的到来表示欢迎，对协会长期以来对学校的关心、支持和帮助表示感谢，介绍了学校的历史沿革、办学定位、办学目标，并重点介绍学校近年来在高端人才汇聚、科学研究、学科建设、人才培养等方面取得的突出成就。他指出，在历代河科大人的共同努力下，经过60多年的积淀和建设发展，学校取得了一系列标志性成果，实现了事业的新发展、核心竞争力的新提升。希望双方以此次战略合作协议签订为契机，充分发挥特色优势，整合资源，改革创新，开展全方位交流与合作，相互促进、共同发展，早日在学科建设、科学研究和成果转化上取得突破性成果。

    周宇在讲话中介绍了中国轴承行业的发展现状和中国轴承工业协会的基本情况，并表示将认真落实双方关于人才培养、科研项目申报、实习基地建设、技术交流与合作等框架协议内容，通过双方的共同努力，培养出更多高级专业技术人才，推进轴承行业在基础理论研究、前沿技术以及原创技术研究方面取得更多成果。

   李全安介绍了战略合作框架协议的产生背景和主要内容，并代表学校与中国轴承工业协会常务副理事长兼秘书长周宇签订了战略合作框架协议。

根据协议，河南科技大学和中国轴承工业协会将充分发挥各自的人才、科研、技术、产业和行业品牌优势，在人才培训、联合科技攻关、课题申报与研究等方面开展合作。
