       2月3日，在哈尔滨举行的龙江工业互联网与智能制造峰会暨哈南工业新城工业互联网平台建设启动仪式上，沈机股份总裁徐仲与哈尔滨轴承制造有限公司签署全方位战略合作协议及共建智慧工厂战略合作协议(右图)，沈阳优尼斯智能装备制造有限公司总经理于春明作《i5智能制造》主旨演讲。

       双方协定，沈机股份将帮助哈尔滨轴承制造有限公司汽车轴承分厂进行数字化、智能化管理提升改造，在现有车间自动化生产线基础上，打造全过程透明、可控的数字化工厂，并搭建WIS智能化车间管理系统。同时，提供数字化技术、自动化连线、技术指导等服务。项目一期目标完成汽车轴承分厂数字化制造建设；二期建立哈南工业新城汽车轴承有限公司和哈轴利民开发区新厂区数字化工厂，建立以i5智能机床为主导的车削加工数字车间和其它磨装数字工厂。
 

       据悉，哈尔滨经济开发区、平房区将以哈轴集团哈南智慧工厂为样板，打造5-10家智慧工厂。
