       为深化产教融合，促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接，3月15日下午，常熟理工学院姜建明副校长带队，科技产业处处长范炳良、副处长潘启勇，机械工程学院院长郭兰中、副院长杨兰玉等共赴常熟长城轴承有限公司洽谈校企合作。长城轴承公司董事长朱克明、总经理王志良、党委书记薛建平、财务总监徐慧、人力资源部部长邵雪良、技术中心主任郭静瑜等热情接待。

      会上，双方着重探讨了筹建“常熟理工学院—常熟长城轴承有限公司常熟长城轴承智能制造研究院有限公司”的相关事宜。据了解，研究院将以面向高端轴承领域、集聚优势资源、提升创新能力、推动轴承产业发展为原则，重点搭建高水平的科技创新平台、打造具有核心竞争力的科技创新团队、形成一批引领轴承产业发展的关键性和共性技术成果，建设科学研究基地、技术研发基地、人才培养基地。双方对智能制造研究院的组织架构、运行模式、知识产权归属、利益分配等问题进行了磋商，达成了初步共识，并将于近期签署相关产学研合作协议。
