         6月12日，西安市工商局浐灞分局广运潭工商所根据举报线索，在北辰五金机电批发市场查获一批货值2万余元的涉嫌假冒“SKF”品牌轴承商品。

 

         接到举报线索后，广运潭工商所所执法人员迅速响应，对涉事商户进行了现场检查，在销售门店货架现场发现包装标识为“SKF”品牌的轴承商品共计480套，经商标持有人委托的代理公司工作人员现场鉴定，该店销售的“SKF”品牌轴承商品全部涉嫌仿冒。

 

         执法人员立即对所涉商品进货、销售信息进行调查取证，依法对问题商品进行暂扣。下一步，将联系商标持有企业作进一步鉴定，对商户负责人违法经营行为进行立案调查。
