　　12月4日，洛轴研制的两套精密转盘轴承在转盘轴承事业部通过用户验收。

　　加工中为达到用户个性化技术要求，转盘轴承事业部在技术中心的配合下，结合实际加工情况，不断优化加工工艺，创新加工方法，并从源头开始，严格过程控制，确保了产品顺利加工。在当天的现场验收过程中，经用户代表验收，这两套2.4米和1.7米的轴承，精度达到P5级，旋转精度达到0.062mm，各项技术指标均符合设计要求。

　　据了解，该轴承是为我国2017年启动的“阿里计划”——全球海拔Z高的原始引力波观测站配套，该实验计划由中科院高能物理研究所牵头，联合美国、日本等国科学家协同研究，旨在实现对“原始”引力波的Z灵敏搜索，探测极早期宇宙“暴涨”过程，检验极早期宇宙“暴涨理论”，掌握“宇宙胎动的声音”。

　　该轴承顺利通过验收，是洛轴继为国家天文台“500米口径球面射电望远镜FAST项目”完成配套之后，再次为国内Z尖端天体物理学领域科研项目配套轴承，标志着洛轴在精密转盘轴承设计和制造领域的行业领先地位。
