　　为保证设备安全稳定运行，亳州海螺水泥有限责任公司在对1^#磨辊压机轴承检查中，发现定辊前轴承保持架翅片断裂一个，相应的滚动体偏斜严重，存在一定的运行隐患。针对上述情况，亳州海螺组织人员于2019年5月7日开始对1^#磨定辊前轴承进行更换。

 

对轴承间隙进行调整

　　为做好1^#磨辊压机定辊前轴承更换工作，生产部门研讨并制定了详细的更换方案及安全预案。首先，生产部门提前组织人员对方案进行学习，从人员安排、备件材料及工器具落实，层层分解落实到责任人；其次，加强现场安全管理，落实安全责任制制度；Z后，为保证顺利完成1#磨辊压机定辊前轴承更换，专业技术人员及安全人员全程跟踪检修，严把现场检修安全、质量关，确保检修安全、质量和进度受控。

　　2019年5月10日，在生产部门的合理组织下，轴承更换工作顺利完成，设备试机一次性成功，各项运行参数均正常。通过此次检修，一方面提高了维修人员操作技能；另一方面，消除了设备运行隐患，为实现公司2019年水泥生产任务目标打下了坚实的基础。
