4月15日，记者来到临清市潘庄镇的智创未来轴承科技园项目现场，只见装载车来回穿梭，工人认真作业……

“我们一方面帮助项目建设方加快建设进度，把疫情耽误的时间抢回来，另一方面尽量招引高科技企业入驻产业园。目前，智创未来轴承科技园项目已经完成投资3.17亿元，21个占地8万平方米的车间厂房投入使用，院士楼主体工程完工；胡正寰院士工作站、质城检测线、广东国强光轴承、中山国新机械轴承等8个项目的设备陆续到位，已开始安装调试；智方物流园已投产达效。”潘庄镇党委书记王宏告诉记者。潘庄镇有轴承产业集群、土地资源等优势，引进高科技项目，可以把资源进行合理有效配置。

“智创未来作为大型平台型企业，把中关村的很多先进理念与做法带到了临清，对临清的高质量发展起到了很大的推动作用。”潘庄镇镇长卢武义告诉记者，当前，智创未来已经引进了胡正寰院士团队、洛阳轴承研究所、质城检测、全国轴承标准委、中美创新联盟、大连冶金，并拥有国家级众创空间、院士工作站、制造业创新中心等新型平台，后续会陆续建设包括国家轴承技术中心、山东省创新创业共同体等平台，合作打造专业化众创空间，聚集国内轴承行业顶级资源，带动关键共性技术的突破。

全市“重点工作攻坚年”推进会议提出，要统筹推进“政产学研金服用”融合创新，积极构建众创空间、科技企业孵化器等创业平台。临清市围绕优势产业集群和配套产业链的延伸，积极引进创新型项目、基地型项目、补链型项目、终端型项目，同时结合自身资源禀赋，为企业提供科技支撑，立足轴承优势产业、搭建科技创新平台，建立层次分明的工作推进体系和制度保障体系。科技平台的强力支撑，增强了轴承产业集聚发展的信心。如今，临清市以优势产业引进优势企业，以优势项目引进优势人才，形成了“产业—人才—项目”的良性循环。
