近日，河北省电视台记者走进河北省轴承产业技术研究院，院长郭金杰满脸喜悦：“疫情过后，又有几个新客户，要求订制生产一批我们研发的新产品，轴研院的试制车间复工复产后，正在开足马力，满负荷加班加点地赶制订单”。

河北省轴承研究院自2015年建院以来，始终把轴承产品的研发作为首要任务，成立了由12名专家、高级工程师组成的研发团队。为提高轴承产品的质量和检测能力，仅去年用于研发设备、检测仪器上的投资就超出1000万。另外，该院还瞄准轴承市场，与河南科技大学、燕山大学联合，利用先进的轴承钢材料，正在进行《采用纳米贝氏体钢进行高速轴承生产的应用研究》和《机器人用交叉圆柱滚子轴承关键技术研究及应用》两个科研项目的研究。不远的将来，研发的这两种轴承产品，将取代进口，广泛应用于冶炼轧机、振动机械等行业及大型工程机械、汽车、医疗等机器人智能领域。

为把研发的成果推向市场，并更好地引领轴承产业高质量发展，去年以来，省轴研院先后采取了低价售卖专利产品成果、专家团队到生产一线技术指导等措施，成立了由126家轴承生产企业组成的“河北省轴承产业技术创新战略联盟”，大大促进了轴承产业的发展，仅联盟企业通过创新增加的产值比上年增长15%。

轴承研究院研发的新产品，不仅在质量和精度上能够达到国外高端轴承的水平，而且在销售价格上也占有很大的优势。例如：新产品NN3020/P4的研发成本为290元/套，而进口SKF轴承的价格为1600元/套，若是将该轴承研制的关键技术推广到其他轴承制造企业，进行批量生产，则材料费、工装费等加工成本还会降低，成本价可为200元/套。因此，在同等产品质量和精度保证的前提下，价格优势吸引了很多的主机厂，市场潜力巨大。去年，获中国机械工业科学技术奖三等奖的N2926/P2轴承，其关键技术成果已经进行推广应用，达到批量化生产，并陆续接到国内4家企业的生产订单。
