为大力弘扬劳模精神、工匠精神，在全社会积极营造“劳动Z光荣、劳动Z崇高、劳动Z伟大、劳动Z美丽”的良好风尚，引导职工自觉践行社会主义核心价值观，西夏区总工会用镜头记录了各行各业的基层一线的平凡劳动者，他们用自己的实际行动诠释了“爱岗敬业、争创一流、艰苦奋斗、勇于创新、淡泊名利、甘于奉献”的劳动精神。在“五一”劳动节这个属于劳动者的节日里，让他们成为主角。今天为大家展示的是宁夏（舍弗勒）有限公司的李绪前。

李绪前，舍弗勒（宁夏）有限公司一线倒班主管。他带领的MEG磨削团队，在公司技术、质量工程师的支持下，在很短的时间内实现了设备的安装、调试到批量生产；他负责设计的滚子双端面磨床自动上料机，使产线的生产能力从每班160套增加到了每班240套，而且每班可以节省一个操作工，减轻员工劳动强度的同时极大地提高了劳动生产率；同时，企业建立了以李绪前为带头人的职工创新工作室，他们提出的“关于滚子倒角车床夹具卡爪优化改进”的合理化建议实施后，解决了滚子在车削过程中因打滑而造成的车削刀片崩裂的难题，每年可为公司节省约20万的刀片成本，该合理化建议也被评为了公司年度Z佳合理化建议，创新团队设计制作的滚子双端面磨床自动上料机，在西夏区总工会组织的2019年“十佳五小”评选中荣获二等奖。2015、2017年他带领的团队被舍弗勒（宁夏）有限公司评为Z佳团队，他本人也于2018年荣获银川市劳动模范荣誉称号。
