轴承在机械设备中是一种重要的零部件，大到飞机火车，小到电风扇自行车，都与轴承息息相关。因此产品质量的优劣，关乎每个人的财产和人身安全。

8月16日，常州市龙虎塘派出所接到举报，称某轴承公司涉嫌大量销售假冒“NSK”品牌的轴承，价值达20余万元。民警接报后立即展开侦查，成功锁定犯罪嫌疑人并赶往丹阳并将其抓获。

经审查，犯罪嫌疑人为代某、何某夫妻及他们的儿子，一家三口。代某和何某夫妻二人很早年间就开了一家轴承公司，代某交代，品牌轴承真品价格偏贵，利润微薄，赚不了多少钱，便把念头打到了“造假”上了。

去年起代某通过朋友那里购买大量价格低廉的假冒轴承，混入少许“NSK”的真品轴承，真假轴承从外观来看几乎一致，然而内里却是品质上的“鸿沟”。通过这种手段，代某一家人赚了个盆丰钵满，另外还有20余万元的存货。

在警方的讯问下，嫌疑人代某等3人对自己的销售假冒注册商标商品行为供认不讳。目前，假冒伪劣轴承已被公安机关全数扣押，并对代某三人依法采取强制措施。

警方提醒：大家应树立尊重知识产权的意识，增强维权打假的防范意识，尽量去进货来源相对可靠，验货制度完善的公司进货，面对价格明显低于市场价的商品时应提高警觉，发现假冒伪劣商品及时向工商局或公安机关举报。
