近日，随着江苏力星通用钢球股份有限公司（以下简称“力星股份”）新增的盐浴热处理自动流水线，通过斯凯孚的Z终审核，力星股份风电滚子热处理产能得到进一步的提升，加工范围由原来的60mm扩大到90mm，为满足斯凯孚等客户大型风电滚子的需求提供了强有力的保证。
滚子的性能在很大程度上取决于关键工序热处理，热处理工序过程参数的制定、实现和保障需要经过复杂的研发、持续优化，才能符合高端客户在产品组织、硬度均匀性、表面性能改善的尖端要求，达到重载荷、高速度、长寿命的风电场景应用。
力星股份Z早于2003开始供应斯凯孚集团的印尼工厂，随后逐步扩大至斯凯孚集团下属阿根廷、法国、德国、意大利、巴西、美国等地的工厂；2007年双方签订《框架协议》，将公司纳入斯凯孚集团欧洲区工厂的采购名单，公司成为斯凯孚集团全球合格供应商。随着双方合作关系的加深，2011年10月，双方续签订了《采购框架协议》，同年获评斯凯孚集团全球Z佳供应商，并于2012年3月签订《战略合作备忘录》。与斯凯孚集团长期稳定的合作关系，为公司持续增长提供保障。
